What lift do you dread the most?

    Mine are bulgarian split squats. For some reason, I feel like shooting myself in the face after doing them. They feel good a minute after though, but the few seconds after finishing up some high rep bulgarian split squats, I feel like falling on my face.

    although once i start my set, i love to finish strong
     
  7. Bench...I'm always weak as fuck. I've learned to love squats/deadlifts.
