MMA what kind've speed rope do you use?

    i used to do speed rope all the time when I was doing Muay Thai and i loved it.. a lot better than running IMO.

    anyone have any suggestions? im looking into buying one again

    this is the one I have, with the ball bearings. But it hurts like a bitch when I miss and hit my thigh or something :rofl:

    I use a heavy rope.. Works out the arms as well... as neulos says they can hurt when you screw up! Guess its an incentive not too

    Just go to a fitness shop, hell even Wal-mart will have the Everlast leather rope. Yes, you do have to actually get up and go look at them.

    I got a similar one a week ago, has 2 removeable 1/2 weights in each side and its a lot of fun even tho im out of practice and could barely do 15mins this morning, and like someone else said a little earlier its a bitch when you hit yourself with it.
