What kind weight should I aim for?

    Reason I'm not asking BF% is because with all teh extra skin I have form teh forst 100lbs I lost, its practically impossible for me to get an accurate reading with the calipers.

    Currently 6'1, 241lbs.

    i think your best bet would be clean bulking.. then cutting back down for 4-5 weeks... more clean bulking.. etc.

    the skin should get better over time

    Depends what your goals are bro. At 6'1, 210-220 would probably be a good weight for you.

    Nice job on the weight loss, how long did it take you to lose the 100lbs?

    How long have you been at your current weight? The reason I ask is that I am in nearly the same situation as you (lost 60 lbs. in about a year) and my trunk looks almost exactly like yours. My ribcage is pretty bony but there is a lot of excess skin around my waist. My friends have been telling me that its excess skin, but I have a suspicion that I still need to lose more weight.
