What kind of workout plan do you guys think would workout for us?

    me (24) and my brother (20) want to start lifting and get some muscle on us. we are somewhat skinny, not too skinny. we mostly want to get pecs and biceps, legs would be cool but we dont really have the equipment but maybe we can run for that?

    we have a bench, that declines and inclines. we got barbels, dumbells and some other bicep weights. oh and also a curlbar. well we want advice on what days should we do what and what muscles should we work out. im 6' 180 lbs, hes about 5'10 175 lbs. Our max is about 165 lbs [​IMG] yeah its pretty sad, well our only days that we can workout together is thursday-monday...

    what days should we work out and take off?

    hes busy im the one with the more flexible schedule so maybe when hes at work, i can go running or whatever?

    what supplements/powders should i take or we take?

    also a nice schedule for us would be nice..thanks

    or join a gym

    you can still do deadlifts, and front squats.
