What kind of work out gloves do you guys recommend?

    i have some harbingers I like, but i wish they were a bit longer. I need some wraps.

    it's better to not use gloves if you can help it. Your hands get used to it. It's not like it'll make or break you, it's just better if you don't.

    I use the harbinger's with wrist wraps. I like them... but they need replaced every 6 months or so, they rip and get nasty from sweat.

    Would gloves not strengthen your grip because it would add more distance similar to a fat bar?

    I don't wear gloves but I picked up a set for the wife so she would lift. Just go to a sporting goods store and try them out for your self. Nike makes good ones IMHO.

    gloves are going to hinder your grip on a lot lifts. For real, start using chalk
