    ON
    Optimum Nutrition
    -mixes well, tastes great
-high protein, low cholesterol (compare lvl with your GNC brand), low sugar
-great amino acid blend (110% necessary for muscle/strength growth)
    -relatively inexpensive
-i've experimented with various brands and i've just seemed to respond best to this brand.

Scoop sizes are probably different... I know Cytosport uses a smaller scoop and it has around 17-18g of protein per scoop.

I am currently using EAS 100% whey. It tastes good, has a good efficiency. As for effectiveness :dunno: I am not sore after most of my workouts anymore, and I have seen modest gains in strength in the past month

I am curious about whey as well....

I'm a small girl and am just trying to "tone up" (as you all hate) but i want to lose a little fat without dropping pounds (I am only 111) and build some muscle.

    I am also a vegetarian...
basically, I don't want to gain weight at all, so I want something relatively low calorie, fat etc.

I eat well, 5 small meals, etc. etc.

What type of whey is good for women?(I want to stay tiny, lean) for shakes, making protein bars, and other stuff...

nothing changes just because you have a cooter.

i was just curious if there was a lite whey, or one better for women? like low in calories, etc.

and having a "cooter" makes me weigh about 100 lbs. less than many men, therefore my daily caloric intake is like 1200 cals as opposed to like 2,200.

    :)
