What Kind of Protein.

    I have been lifting for almost a year now, and have never used and sup's. A friend of mine keeps telling me that I need whey protein.I was wondering what people would suggest.

    whatever gets you to 1g of protein per lb that you weigh.

    doesn't much matter where it comes from

    What protien bars are the "best" on the market in your opinion? I don't know which ones to buy.

    Most of them have lots of saturated fat, you can try to make your own with a recipe. I'm going to try to make mine soon.

    My av is so small you can't see it!
    I never bought whey before, just cause there was no need. If your diet allows for the amount of proetin you need, then there is no point for the whey, obviously. All in all this comes down to how much $$$ you want to spend on food.

    is 20% cholesteral bad? my last protein tub had only 15% :noes:
