I thought about going the Asian kid route, but I eventually decided to hire two Indians, mostly because of their accents.

I prefer sniper towers myself. :dunno:

Having your merchant account with MasterCard SecureCard or Verifed by Visa is great because it pushes away liability. Also having address verification on cards that don't have 3D Secure enabled.

And auto deny by IPs. IE, Fuck off any asian countries :)

Right now we go over each order since we've been getting 2-3 frauds a week but the checkout flags the order if the AVS Code isn't Q,V,X or Y, if the Cvv2 Code fails, if the billing & shipping name, address or whatever don't match. We have a link in each email to get geo-ip stuffs (ip2location.com).

We use PayPal without their Payflow system but we're going to move towards setting that up next.
