what kind of features would you like to see in something like fit day

    to entertain myself i am going to write something like fitday, but of course better :o

    mainly i want a tool for myself to use, but i am going to make it open to the public. i am going to add shit like meal planning, workout planning, workout tracking, ect. i am going to make it blog like, so you can post your progress and people can post comments.

    anyone intersted in this type of thing?

    diet tracking
    supplement tracking
    training tracking

    gotta be editable and able to add shit - especially for those of us who don't use mainstream exercises. having a total weight moved type feature would be pretty cool, too where it tracks your sets reps and weight and adds it all up

    wish i could design shit, i'd help you out

    yeah, i am goign to have it so if you have a fitday profile, it will also go get all your custom foods :o

    its all good, it gives me something to do while my g/f studies all the time for her masters :hs:

    need to be able to add custom everything, from food to exercise, etc. also it would be cool to have a bteer "home page" when you log in, like it should tell you your stats etc, end of a cycle, stuff like that

    maybe have it so you can enter the carb/protein/fat percentages you want and a list of food that you have.. and then have it produce a listing of all the combinations of foods with the number of servings you could eat to reach your required daily caloric intake :dunno:

    Try to rip the FDA database, they got an rediculous amount of stuff in there. I would think there should be some way to get that info?

    That's actually a really good idea, nothing like competition to get people to lose weight ;)
    Probably would be lots of issues with cheaters though :/

    yea like if you are taking a certain supplement for a set period of time. or cutting or something like that. i mean an alert that will let you know the day is close :dunno:

    possibly intergrate it with 1fast400.com so it notifies you of deals on supps that pertain to what you are doing ,bulking, cutting.

    I liked to see a section where you could keep track of body measurements and track progress (weight, bicep size, quads, etc).
