I've been trying to find a really simple and scaled down bug tracking system for some apps I'm doing. I've tried Bugzilla, Scarab, and Mantis. Scarab gave me a bunch of errors and I never really got Mantis going. Bugzilla, I just don't like. Can anyone recommend a really stripped down bug tracking system? Thanks.

we use bugzilla here, and i agree that it's :ugh:

a slick bug tracking tool would be a good project :hs:

When my dad was working in the computer industry I believe his company used GNATS or some derivative thereof.

I'm seriously considering making a really scaled down bug tracker, but I just don't have the time right now. Something like what vBulletin uses for vB would be great (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/bugs.php), but they already had the user stuff down because they used their vB install for it. Maybe I'll make the same thing but no user login or anything. I can just run it on our LAN at school. :dunno:
