What kind of belt are you using?

    10mm single prong is ideal at my level.. you're above but :dunno:

    he doesnt like lever because you have to carry a screwdriver. otoh others do because it's easy if you keep it at same fit all the time... much easier on/off.

    i still haven't decided which i'm getting. prong would be good so I can use different tightness levels... but i'll probably get a lever because it's easy and keep it kinda loose

    i dont even know what a lever is. i have an old OLD huge everlast belt that i only just started using as a belt to hang weights off for dips.

    i dont think i ever used it for squats or anything. it might be 15+ years old and stiff as a board.

    a lever belt just has a lever "snap" on the front. you can just snap the belt close and because it's a lever it's easy ;) gogo levers!

    prongs are hard if you're doing it really tight. on and off :mamoru:

    i don't know if you could call it cutting... but i'm definitely on restrictive calories

    i float between 175 and 180 usually... this morning i think i was 177

    and the answer to "why" is because i still wanna be leaner :sad2:

    13mm is thick. If you like strongman work before your lift then buy it.
