I understand that proper rest is vitally important to good health. As such I wonder in the fast-paced, millionaire world we here at OT live in, what's your sleep schedule like?

While we're at it, go ahead and tell us what you're sleeping on.

I'm a poor college student, so between class, work, a social life, and everything else, I end up doing a lot of my sleeping on weekends, although I try to get in naps when I can.

Generally I'd say I get 6.5 - 7 hours of sleep a night, upping it to about 9 hours on the weekend.

I'm sleeping on a full (maybe double full...?) mattress with two 2" foam matress pads for that extra comfort :wiggle:

usually i sleep from midnight to around 6 or 7amish. I sleep on a king size select comfort usually set at 30. I set it much higher if my back is feeling tight.

I usually get a full 8-8.5 hours, maybe less on the weekends. I may look into a foam pad or two, as I woke up with a stiff back often.

If I can remember to take melatonin around 10 I'll be out around 11-11:30, sleep till 7 or so. If I forget, I'll get tired around 12-1am, same time in the AM. That's M-Th, Fri-Sat are whatever. Prolly like 8 hrs sleep, actual times vary.

I get maybe 6 hours during the week but then I'll take a nap when I get home from class before I hit the gym. On weekends I don't get home from work and get to sleep until 4-6am most of the time and then I'll get 8 hours or so if I'm lucky.

weekdays I average at 7 hours of sleep, weekends I try to sleep in but lately haven't been able to sleep more than 6-8 hours because of environmental reasons.

I sleep on a twin size spring mattress on the ground. I'm 6'4". It sucks ass, but my queen size water bed (it popped in february :o ) wasn't any longer, so I'm used to keeping my legs slightly pulled in to prevent hanging feet.

I wake up everyday like clockwork at 4:50am regardless of if I have something to do that early (M-Th gym at 6.) It usually amounts to 4.5 to 7 hours of sleep, leaning more towards the shorter end. If I need to, I'll take a nap at lunch or after work.
