Mostly fitness, as of right now not much practice.

    Monday, thursday: Midsection and legs

Tuesday, friday: Chest, back, shoulders, arms

Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday: rest from working out

On days that I work out, I do 20 or so minutes of heavy MT bagwork, usually at muscularly exhausting pace but enough to keep my heartrate pretty high.

On two of the days that I "rest" I do 30-40 minutes of MT bagwork at an aerobic pace, along with some shadowboxing if my muscles are too tired for the bag after a certain point

One day (usually saturday) completely off from hard physical activity.

Soon my trianing partner will be back from school and we can train with pads and focus mitts, and some non-head sparring (I have stupid braces that don't come off for another stupid six months)... And I hope to convince my friend to start wrestling w/ me on weekends. I also have to re-learn the feeling of getting kicked in the ribs and all that good stuff :o
