So which one is your favorite out of all of them made?

I'd have to say the Jeep Gladiator/M715/J-Series trucks, they are badass.

Ditto on International Harvester's 4 wheel drives as well, especially the Scout.

    Toyota Land Cruiser Amazon turbodiesel.

not available in the U.S. because we prefer our trucks with leather interior, open differentials and highway tires

90% of the SUV's sold here could barely drive through 4 inches of snow w/o getting stuck. Pathetic.

    So true. :(

  4. I love K5s. They are just simply cool. So are the first generation broncos. The ram chargers are alright. I dont care for them as much as the K5s though.

i would have to say the 73-87 chevy full size truck, u can get them upto a 1 ton, can fit virtually any motor under the hood, they are plenty strong and versitile, they have tons of engine, tranny, drivetrains and cab and wheelbase configurations

next to that i would have to say hummer :)

I'm shocked no one has mentioned the old WWII Dodge Power Wagon Military/Civilian trucks, made back when men were men and trucks were meant to go off road. :p

I gotta say for road use only a nice silver X5 with all the goodies but for offroad you can't look past the Wrangler.

If I was to pick one that would be good both on and off-road. There is really only one choice. It would either be a 5.9 Limited ZJ or a new WJ, both with around 4.5" of lift. If the trails were wide open and not too much rock crawling it would be a Hummer or Unimog. If the trails are tight I would say a Jeep CJ-5 with wide axles, early Bronco, or the shortest G-Wagen.

Either a K5 or ZR2, also fullsize chevy w/ diesel and the z71 suspension :)

  23. I'd have to go with the Hummer, but I still enjoy taking my Dakota Sport out for some mud fun after it rains.

A friend of mine had a '68 Bronco (had to sell it, needed $$$) w/ a 289, all stock, he drove it all the way here from Cali. It was just a really cool truck.
