When do you tend to work out in the day and when do you tend to eat? Do you stick to a rigid schedule? What type of activities do you do? Lifting? Running?

    Also, what is your goal?

I'm just trying to get an idea of how people work out and how often compared to what they are trying to do. I would post mine, but I don't have one yet :)

do whatever works for you. A lot of the big dudes in here get by on 3 days a week. A lot of the guys in college go 5 days a week. The routine in the sticky is fine, but I'm really liking the 5,3,1 program. If you are just starting pretty much anything will help but read the stickies and get your diet in check for your goals and go from there.
