So I began some serious workouts. Completely sore head to toe for a week. I decided it would be a good idea one day to jump on a skateboard and do a trick. BAD NEWS. Right when I came up I had TERRIBLE Ab area pain. I mean excuriating pain.... I was on the ground wanting to throw up for 15 minutes. I didn't work out for a week afterwards. It hurt way too much, but I never saw anything real visible except for a slight bruise above my junk. well today is 3.5 weeks since then, and to this day I cant really do many pushup's or pullups without it hurting. Ab exersizes I can't even attempt. So, my question is... did I just strain the muscle or did I get a hernia. (the pain is now located between my belly button and junk, but near the top left thigh.... Nothing visible.
