I don't know of much / any that really are.
Cold water, perhaps
celery is known to be one of them. It takes more energy to chew/digest than it provides.
It's pretty much ineffective as "negative calories". Just sitting there burns quite a bit, and chewing and digesting celery won't ramp it up a whole heap.
Which would mean its effective...negative of a calorie is something that takes energy..
You mean I can eat food that helps me cut at the same time.

Chewing = 1 cal of work
consumed cals = 0
0-1 = -1 cal
Not eating a slice of bread would probably have the same effect as drinking 4L of ice water, and be less damaging to your stomach.
4L of water damages your stomach?
i know this is an old thread but i figured it was better than starting a upa new one, also i was hungry as shit and this took my mind off of it.
Well 4L of ice water sure as hell ain't good for it.

Im gonna assume the extra energy burnt on digesting some celery or whatever will be negligible anyways.
Nevermind I guess, I thought I had heard it was bad on the lining but couldn't find any articles.
