I am currently 5'7" 155lbs and 19% bf.
What is a good weight/bf% for me?
I'm 5'7 around 215 at the moment and feel very small.
I'd say 230-240 at 10-12%bf would be pretty ideal if your goals include scaring small women and children.

I don't think I would look right @ 200+ lbs.
visible abs without flexing is a good bf%!
180 @ 10%.
at 19% body fat if you weight 155 then you have 125 pounds of lean body mass.
5'7..id say 165
Heres how i see things.
Just look around at UFC fighters and notice the average heights of the different weight classes. Alot of light weights are 5'7-5'9 and they probally weight around 165 before trying to drop weight at 5'7

180 is weak. im shooting for 215 here. but then again, im 6'1 so...

any of the guys with muscle who fight at 155 walk around at 175 easy.
I'm 5'6" and I'd like to be 165-170 @ 10-11% bf.

thats probally the max one will drop for a fight....im thinking the average weight drop.
20 pound weight drop is pretty much the max most can handle and probally doesnt happen as often as youd want to think....usaully a real big fighter like WelterWeight Matt Hughes will drop 15 pounds for a fight which takes like 5 days.
