For pendlay, you keep your body parallel, while BOBB rows (according to exrx), you use back extention. Is this the only difference?

penlay rows are 90* all the time and you start the bar on the ground each rep.

bent rows can be done 45*-90* (depending on personal preference) and the weight is held. You will use more weight with a bent row.

Thanks for the quick response! Is one preferred over the other?

I like bent rows b/c you can use more weight.

pendlay rows will hit the back harder, tho - from my experience. its good to mix it up and do both
