Assume you can either eat an apple, applesauce, 100% apple juice or canned apples. What are the major differences as far as healthy eating goes? I know the juice has no fiber, but as far as healthy eating are all 4 options good ideas? Are the applesauce & apple juice filled with extra sugar (I can easily find unsweetened juice & sauce)? If so, is that so bad? Why is fructose from fruit great but fructose-glucose from corn syrup is evil?
