What is the correct way to take PureCEE?

    On the bottle as you may know, it directs you to take 1 capsule per 40lb pre-workout. Is it okay to do this for extended periods of time? Is too much bad for you? On the contrary, should I increase it after a certain time?

    A friend of mine, he takes creatine pre and post-workout. I'm sure theres different types of creatine though.

    Obviously I'm a supps noob. I wish it listed this info on the anafit website.

    it's fine for extended periods of time; no need to cycle on/off. it does not lose its efficacy over time.

    take 1 for every 30 lbs (i find it works better that way) about 30 min pre-w/o.

    crush it up and put it in a spoon with a little chalk and oil oil. slooowly warm it with an open flame till it melts/liquifies.. then with a clean syringe, mix the liquid.. pull into the syinge.. and inject it in your ass.

    Take one for every 40 pounds pre-workout. You can use it for every workout. You don't have to cycle it. No, you really can't take too much. You'll just waste it doing that. You won't need to increase the dose either.
    Some people take it post workout as well. I don't.
