The only time I have ever hurt myself in the gym was doing behind the neck presses. That was 3 years ago and my shoulder still gives me hell from time to time.

i dont' know if the actual exercise is bad for you, but if something happens, you're likely to end up with a really bad injury

I've heard that behind the neck shoulder presses can damage your rotator cuff, and the one or two times I did try em, they felt unnatural, so I stuck with the in front presses...

I did find one article backing up what i've been told, but i'm not too convinced on the articles integrity...

I used to do them a lot in high school with some pretty heavy weight. Now I don't know if my shoulder injuries are because of doing that, but I know that the exercise is bad for you shoulders, I used to do it, and now I have shoulder problems.

i cant believe you actually tried to compare a potentially dangerous exercise with a daily activity.
