high end, son
k so 2 useless replies
your replies in the main forum are useless.
go with the high end version. son
why do you want a personal trainer... you have F&N...
i help sometimes
because id rather be shown how to do things in person
but seriously, go to a gym and pay what you think would provide value. i'm thinking 20-30/hour? i don't know the going rate though.
You can only use cable machines with Monster Cable.
do them youself and save yourself the money to buy supplements.
it's not that hard to view a couple of youtube videos on proper form.
still rather be shown in person
1000s of people have 100000000000 different opinions on how things should be done
ya im just trying to find the going rate
including the personal trainer you hire
try 70 to 100 an hour
thats what im paying right now
is that through a gym or directly with the trainer?
Most gyms will charge anywhere from 70-100$ but pay the trainers only 15-30. Working for yourself ftw.
high end. son.
Your best option is to join a gym.
Goto gym and fuck around on the weights/machines until you get comfortable.
Read the stickies here.
Find a friend or someone at the gym who "looks" the look and walks the walk. And ask for assistance.
Im all for personal training for those who have fuck all for motivation, but, in the end, its all about getting your ass to the gym and reading up on shit. You will save yourself a good 1000$ if you do it yourself.
But, if you are unable to stick to it and require a personal trainer who probably doesnt work out on their own time, then by all means, go spend the cash.
That's how I honed my technique, by "fucking around."
Im not suggesting continuing to fuck around.
It says to get comfortable then talk and research.
Chances are he doesn't even have a gym membership.
direct with the trainer
