What is something good to drink for energy in the early morn?

    I am looking for something to give me a boost in the early morning.

    I have to do my early morning cardio around 5am. And the sun isnt up yet.

    Something like Redbull? Or Monster?

    Drink a cup of coffee before you go?

    I'd pop some kind of thermo and maybe have a small protein shake before I went.

    redbull/monster increase your metabolism whicch isnt good for people with already high metabolisms..

    i was making apoint, not good for ppl with high metabolism. if he is running the morning for cardio, why he want his metabolism to speed up
     
  14. It's loaded with caffeine, but also loaded with carbs. It should be treated as soda, so it would not be the greatest choice for fat loss.

    it also has a warning for ppl with heart conditions and all that other bs..

    why drink redbull when coffee green tea ;)

    I like to drink whiskey for energy, wine for wisdom (if I have a test), and beer for strength. In the morning that is.

    Not really. It's 90 caps, the suggested dosage is two caps. That's 45 doses and you're supposed to use it 3 times a week.

    In the mornings or pre-workout. Or I'll take 2 caps in the morning and 1 or 2 before I workout, depends on how I feel.

    I always used to just have oatmeal and a protein shake in the morning, even if I went and worked out right afterwards. Now every time I workout in the morning, I add a piece of fruit and it helps a lot.
