I am about 6'3" and 178 lbs. I consider myself pretty skinny although others say im fine.. But i myself would like to be at least like 190-195 lbs. and put on some weight and build some mass. I just want to fill out and not be lanky looking. i would like to fill out overall. What kind of workouts/routines should i do about gaining some weight and filling out overall? should i ask a trainer to help me out or just do what you guys suggest?

I have a 6 month membership to our local gym with pretty much everything, also is 6 months enough time to put on like 15lbs?

i would really appreciate any help :)

    Welcome!

Come back with any questions you may have.

Regarding a trainer, most would agree that they do you more harm than good, but it would be good to have them teach you proper form in the beginning months.

    If ya wanna get big....

Ya gotta eat big, sleep big and lift big.

All there is to it man, lift hard and heavy while eating like a horse (but healthily).
