healthier then eggs? Should I just quit bitching and separate whites/yolks?
Convenient, healthy, equally tasty, but much more expensive.
I use them. They dont taste as good, but i like them

They're good just expensive compared to eggs.
could you crack and scramble your own eggs then store them in the fridge? how long of a shelf life would they have..
or are the egg beaters pasturized...
i just got eggstarts from costco. I think the cost was better....maybe $6 for the equivalent of 48 eggs.
My one complaint is that it seems like you need to eat alot more of this stuff to get the same amount of protein from egg whites.
