What is OT's opinion on dairy products?

    Milk, Yogurt, Cheese and eggs are some of my favorite foods.

    milk is normally 1%, yogurt is low fat stuff, cheese is either mozzarella or provolone and eggs are normal eggs.

    should i swap out for skim milk, egg beaters and naturally slender cheese?

    some people will talk shit about them but they are great IMO. low fat is best for sure.

    milk and eggs/eggwhites should be a staple of your diet if you wanna grow

    If you're lean and keep being lean while eating it, great. If not, ditch it. There's no answer. How our body reacts to some type of food is pretty varied, the best example is how some people react to lactose. The only way to see if it works is to be a scientist : try something, see the results, adjust accordingly.

    I love milk.. it's a staple of my diet whether I'm bulking or cutting.
