    tl;dr

    Although when I was scrolling down really fast I saw the word, "sick".

    I get less colds/flu/fevers now that I'm working out 3-4x week and didn't even notice the allergy this year.

    CLIFFS: crossfit is good because it uses a random training protocol designed to make you good at a lot of olympic lifts and med ball throws and random shits but end story eat take your vitamins do the zone diet stop doin curls faggot
