Leg Press / Body Weight
410 / 164 = 2.5
Interesting question. IMO, comparing leg press numbers is retarded because there are so many different machines out there
no skwat no care
How bout the 45 degree sled. Most places have that.
Prepare to be flamed.
so do you do that when setting up to leg press?
i can do 630 about 6 times @ 160lbs, but squats feel so much better
1800+ for 8-10 reps
yeah leg press numbers are inflated for everyone. my fat out of shape buddy used to want to brag about his huge leg press
over 1300lbs for 8-10. It's especially easy if I'm a little fat at the time, that gut makes a great jump start to push your knees off your chest. lol.
nah I don't mean exaggerated, I just mean like, it's not really a reflection of realistic leg strength, right?
I'd say 1800lbs is a reflection of something lol But I know what you mean, there's fatass mother fuckers left and right in the gym who can leg press like a mother fucker. It's like NO SHIT you carry around 350lbs all day everyday!
I can only go as high as 9 plates per side then there isnt any room left, I think I got robbed with a shittay leg press
my old gym didn't have the thing on top for plates, but there was always some kid willing to go for a leg press ride. lol
i use the nebula, same one ronnie uses when he does 2500 for 8..i have thick 45's though and cant fit the 40 it can hold. I used 34 45's and my 200lb partner..plus the sled is 100. ITs like 1830 total..I have actually fitted 38 plated plus him too but i only got 5 that was near 2k but nearly killed me.
Ronnie had his nebula modified to hold 55 plates and he bent the fucking thing..its unreal
I'm wondering if half of you even go full ROM meaning knees touch your chest.
put 1800+ on, they will touch whether you like it or not puny
In my gym we have a very small amount of 100 pound plates that are as thin as our 45's.
