What is better, 3 day splits or 5 day splits

    m:chest, tris, forearms, abs

    w: back, bis, forearms, abs

    f:shoulders, legs, abs



    with some cardio thrown in...

    If you're doing the proper amount of volume that looks okay to me since that was about the most incomplete post of a program i've ever seen.
