2 hours of lateral raises, 5 times a week

Told me he shoulder presses 100's with ease.
Mon - shoulders
Tues - abs
Wednesday - shoulders
Thursday - abs
Friday - shoulders
i read that the glutes of bateman are constantly sore

actually no ive been on f&N awhile one day i didnt decide to explore the main forum and come down here... actually i dont relaly post on the main forum too much... rarely do i look at it.
lat raises, shoulder presses then some lat raises supersetted with shoulder press to finish off the workout
fuck faggot sized bateman delts...
try this if you want a real set
take a weight thats good for 10 reps, use dumbbells
do side lateral raises, front lateral raises, rear lateral raises
10 reps each, one set after the other, thats one GIANT set
do this 3 times for a total of 3 sets, you can use different weight for each movement as you will be stronger on certain ones.
fronts 40x10 this is all one set
rear 30 x 10
do this for 3 sets
now go onto db shoulder press for 3 sets of 10 reps, be careful as you will be alot weaker then usual, choose your weight carefully
now go onto barbell shrugs ( use your own weights, heavier or lighter depending on what you normally do)
thats it, you wont be able to brush your teeth after but you will be swollen beyond belief . Rest is about 60 seconds in between whole sets. good luck you will need it

normally though, ill do bb or db presses first. i just prefer the compound movement while im still stable. lol
btw i love workin lats with too heavy of a weight. cheat them bitches up and feel the pain!
I've done that workout minus the shrugs.
once you're on OT long enough...you learn that Bateman DOES NOT post his routine.
your best bet is to ask PurEvl or christophers.
There's nothing magical about Bateman's routine, or any routine for that matter. Just get in the gym and bust your ass lifting heavy shit.
PurEvl's routine worked great for me and its anything but easy.
