    I'm trying to decide myself. I always thought it would be cool to have an SBR'd MP5 (PDW) style. It'd be short enough for corners and close quarters and have a stock and VFG for better control. Plus 9mm seems like a good compromise between power, recoil, and overpenetration. :naughty:

    But between your standard choices (carbine, shotgun, pistol, pistolized carbine your choice of caliber)

    Really I'm jut trying to justify buying another toy I probably don't need. :rofl:

    Well, if you have about $4,500.00, the I say go for the SBR'd SP89. They're damn cool, and they sure as hell ain't makin' any more of them.

    Then, if you're feelin' really froggy one day, you could get a trigger pack and f/a bolt for only about $14,000.00.

    That would be ubercool! :)

    If someone broke into my house I would grab my CZ right now. I'm most familiar with that over anything else I have. I'd like to get an 18" shotgun but I can't get over the pump vs. auto debate. Odds are I'll end up with a pump at some point. Could use it when I go camping too and not have to worry about any major issues with it.

    G17.

    Gotta be maneuverable, need to be able to use it with a hand free. My opinion, longguns are out.

    I went for the upgraded Wilson Combat "Big Head" safety.

    It also replaced that POS Remington "J-lock".

    (Also, Remington > Mossturd!) :fawk::noes::bowdown:

    For anyone who picks a pistol... Do you have a light on the gun? Do you have a flashlight in your weak side hand?

    Anyone else ever think about how badly a shotgun would mess up your walls, furniture, etc. if you ever had to fire it in your house? At close range I'd probably reach for my pistol before I'd think about the shotgun.

    Least of my concerns at that point. And it would give me an excuse to buy new shit too.

    I live in a condo, so I have to consider whats on the other side of two of my four walls.

    I don't really care what anyone thinks I just made this thread so someone can talk me into buying an mp5 or pistol AR or something and that's basically already accomplished so mission success. :rofl:
