Is +/- 0.2 grain of powder acceptable? Usually my first charge of my reloading session comes out +.2 side and the 2nd one sometimes comes out -.2 charge. Then the consequent ones come out with proper charge.

This is normal. If you want to get a little more consistency you can dissasemble the powder hopper and put a mirror polish on the the powder funnel and inside of the metal part of the powder hopper. There was a good thread on thehighroad.org and 1911forum.com on this. You can probably google it.

For pistol cases I would not worry too much about a .2 variance. Heck my 650 probably spill that much as the cases auto index when I get cranking. Now for long range rifle ammo that I'm shooting for groups I would hand measure all the powder charges and load each round one at a time on a singel stage press. This is a completely different animal though
