What is a good routine for lifting for mass and cuts?

    I already know that lifting heavy weights with few reps will get you mass and light weights with lots of reps will get you cuts. How would you go about getting both? Should i do heavy and then light during each session or alternate per week? How would you go about this? Interested to know how you do your routines
