3 sets of 10-12 reps of reverse flys
rear laterals aka reverse flys aka rear delt raises, either with a DB or with the machine that mimics the same movement.
straight from the sticky.
do facepulls kind of do the same thing?
just use the machine though
not really. I do both.... I superset rowing exercises with facepulls, and superset pullups with rear delt flys. It doesn't weaken the pulling motions by too much but it's actually promoted some good growth in the rear delts and my lower traps also (important muscles for keeping good scapula stability during exercises).
