What I ate yesterday

    Breakfast: 3 poached eggs, 4oz turkey sausage, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tablespoon peanut butter and honey

    Snack: 1 Whey protein shot, 1 ostrich stick, 1 apple

    Lunch: 8oz of lean hamburger meat, 1 cup mixed fruit(cantelope, pineapple, honey dew melon, grapes, strawberries)

    Snack: Organic whey protein shake, 1 apple, 1 handfull cashews

    Dinner: 1 large salad, 2 chicken breasts, 1 sweet potatoe

    Snack: 1 apple, 2 tablespoons anpb

    you powerlift though right? dont you think your gains will struggle if you dont om nom nom big macs and shit? thats when im the strongest.

    Fucker!! At Masters Nationals last year, there was about 15 of us powerlifters eating breakfast at IHOP. I got up and went to the bathroom. When I came back, those fuckers had a booster seat put in my chair. LOL!!

    Actually bro, eating pizza and stuff does make me feel stronger but if I do that I gain weight really fast and I won't be able to stay in the 220 weight class. Eating bad does make me feel like crap but it also makes me strong as well. I used to eat a pizza the night before I squatted.
