I want to get back into shape and try herbal supplements in the meantime. I know I can't get all my nutrients from food. Right now I take: 3 capsules of Flax oil 3 multivitamins 6 capsules ginseng 1 capsule melatonin (temporary) 2 capsules Ginko biloba That is 15 capsules per day, not sure I should change that any. ANyone have any suggestions for what I should take daily and what I shouldn't? Different supplements?
