    What did you guys make to eat?

    I'll write the rest for the week... im too lazy

    Breakfast: nothing.. woke up late
    brunch?: panda express :(
    lunch: 1 can of tuna with light mayo, salt, pepper
    dinner: pasta with tomato sauce, chicken, broccoli
    snack: 2 pb&j sandwiches

    Std 3 eggs for breakfast, mid morning protein shake, pre workout creatine, post workout shake, can of tuna, cup of rice and about a cup of spinach for dinner.

    Had Long John Silver's yesterday for lunch, plate and a half of the best Chinese buffet the day before ... I'm not doing to good this week. :(

    LUNCH MENU FOR WEEK ENDING: 11/11/07

    10/5 MONDAY
    Baked tilapia with roasted grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and balsamic reduction. To be served with lightly buttered steamed snow peas, green beans and mashed potatoes.

    10/6 TUESDAY
    South American baked chicken and sausage with black beans and smoky chipotle tomato sauce. To be served with red rice.

    10/7 WEDNESDAY
    BBQ pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and potato salad.

    11/8 THURSDAY
    Cheese ravioli with putanesca sauce. To be served with Caesar salad.

    11/9 FRIDAY
    Hamburgers and French fries..

    DINNERS
    Monday- cowboy ribeye medium rare at shulas on mon.
    Tues - Pizza with a shitload of toppings
    Wed- had lots of beers last night at a sixers game with 4 hot sausages and an order of nachos :rofl:
    tonight- hopefully sushi

    the dinners are atypical, since a coworker flew in and is expensing all my dinners :o

    Well like I mentioned in my post, I ate crap for lunch those two days. On a normal day, today for instance, I have a can of tuna and about a cup of cottage cheese or something similar. I drink flavored water through out the day as well.

    well from monday to now..

    meal 1: 2 scoops of whey/1tbp of flax oil
    meal 2: 5 whole eggs + 3 whole wheats + 4 slices of bacon
    meal 3: 1 cup of rice + tuna + 1 fat free hotdog
    meal 4: 1.5 cups of rice + 8ounce of chicken breast
    meal 5: 1.5 cups of rice + 8 ounce of chicken tits
    then it's around 9:30pm.. i take my creatine and head to the gym.
    meal 6: pwo shake/ 2 scoops of whey/1/2 cup of maldex/creatine
    meal 7: 1 cup of rice + tuna + fat free sausage.

    wake up the next day and enjoy the bloat

    I usually end the day right around 1800 or so. The days I eat crap for lunch I'm sure I'm well over 2200. I don't know how many cals/fat/protein are in Chinese buffet. :big grin: Here's some random days from my Fitday log.

    Oct 29th: Totals 1798 63 98 211
    Nov 5th: Totals 1862 64 104 215
    Nov 8th : Totals 1954 53 164 206 (had packaged cookies)

    Oh jesus...lets see

    In the past 5 days I've drank 2 gallons of milk, consumed 3-4 dozen eggs, eaten 3lbs steak, 8lbs chicken, about 6lb bags of frozen veggies, half a 2.5lb tub of protein, 1 jumbo sized tub of peanut butter, and at least 1 full box of hungry jack pancake mix. I only know this because I'm looking at my reciept from this weekend and my kitchen is fucking empty right now....lol

    This doesnt count any of the freebee meals at my girl's place either.

    not counting supps of course, and what i remember, there were some little things here and there like a couple pretzels, some microwaved light popcorn, etc, but nothing too huge or high in cals, I'm a fattie still so weight loss is a goal for me so i eat a bunch of Meat ( my servings of meat are pretty damn huge)
    and i didn't break it down completely, sometimes i go to kitchen and grab a little chicken breast or turkey etc.

    Sunday - Baked chicken, green beans, corn, little bit of corn bread
    Baked chicken, Mashed potatoes
    Tuna
    Monday - Baked chicken, green beans, corn, little bit of corn bread
    Bakedn Chicken, Mashed potatoes
    Tuna
    Tuesday - Steak, Peas, Cauliflower, french bread
    Tuna
    Tuna
    Wednesday- Steak, Peas, Cauliflower, french bread
    Tuna
    Tuna
    Thursday - Turkey, Yams, green beans, couple of white bread rolls
    Turkey, Yams
    Turkey
    Friday (so far) Turkey, Green beans, bread rolls

    i don't remember.. yesterday though as a reference

    scrambled 4 egg whites + 1 whole, half red bell pepper, quarter onion, 2oz lean turkey sausage, green tea

    shake (1 scoop md, 1 cup green tea, 1/4 cup lowfat yogurt, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup mixed berries)

    cheat lunch - beef kebob with side salad

    shake - same as above

    pwo 2 scoops ON in water, 1 serving powerade

    .5 lb ground beef mixed with half an onion, half a bell pebber, some garlic, a couple of servings of olives, a serving of mushrooms, and mixed with 1.5 cups of premade spaghetti sauce. had that with a handful of spinach and washed it down with green tea.

    Snack: 1 bag of instant oatmeal, almonds

    Snack: 2 slices turkey breast

    Lunch: small bowl of honey nut cheerios + skim milk

    Snack: handful almonds

    Dinner: TBD

    handful walnuts
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    2 scoops ON whey

    Pwo Meal
    .5 cup oats
    .5 cup cottage cheese
    .5 cup yogurt

    Meal 1
    1 cup rice
    1 cup spinach
    12 oz tuna

    Bed Snack
    .60 lbs chicken breast
    1.5 cup green geans

    This is everday.
