    1/2 cup quaker oats
    5 egg whites
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries

    Meal 2-
    1 serving dried mangoes
    2 scoops whey

    Meal 3-
    EAS meal bar

    Meal 4-
    8 oz chicken breast
    1 cup canned spinach
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 tbsp almond butter

    Meal 5-
    6 oz chicken breast
    1 cup broccoli

    Meal 6- (still to come)
    1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
    1/4 cup almonds

    I wish :wtc: I usually stay at about 600...LOL. I'm bulking (trying to) so I'm not that concerned with carbs.

    meal 1 - big ass salad (spinach, carrots, grape tomato, broccoli, chicken, 2tbsp. sesame dressing)
    meal 2 - 1 scoop whey in water
    meal 3 - (in half an hour) shrimp stir-fry (stir-fry veggies, shrimp, teriyaki)
    meal 4 - :dunno:, haven't had it yet... post work-out shake and probably an ultra lean pocket or shake (2 scoops whey, frozen fruit, 8 oz. milk, yogurt)

    12" subway melt on whole wheat w/ double meat

    600 calories worth of peanuts (forgot to cook food at home, yay vending machine @ work :hs: )

    another 3 scoops of whey

    small amount of wild rice + veggies + tilapia

    A few slices of pizza (brother ordered it, i figured i could use the extra cals :hsugh: :o )

    Meal 1:
    2 Fried eggs + 2 slices toast + 1 cup of coffee

    Meal 2:
    Homemade mashed potatos + pepper steak w/string beans

    Snack:
    2 packets Cinnamon & Spice instant Oatmeal

    Meal 3:
    Fried tuna steak + steamed brocolli & carrots.

    Meal 4 (eating now):
    ON Vanilla Protien Shake with Cinnamon + half a spoon of instant coffee (actually tastes pretty good :yum: ).

    Honestly wish I knew how many cals/protien I took in. :hs:

    Meal 1: 2 eggs (boiled) and 2 scoop protien shake

    Meal 2: Low carb protien bar

    Meal 3: Chicken Salad

    Meal 4: 2 scoops Protien shake w/ peanutbutter and 2 strawbarries

    Meal 5: Steak (trimmed) With some letuce leaves and 2 slices of cheese

    Yeah, Im cutting, my daily intake it about 1900 calories with about 300 grams of protien and less than 50 grams of carbs.
