What have you eaten so far today?

    Meal 1 (breakfast/pre workout):
    1/2 cup - oatmeal with a tablespoon of strawberry preserves
    6 egg whites

    Post workout:
    2 scoops strawberry on in water + 1 scoop of maltodextrin

    Meal 2 (lunch):
    7 oz. turkey breast
    1/2 cup mash potatoes
    1 cup pasta
    1 cup summer squash
    1 cup honey dew/cantaloupe

    More than I normally eat, but so delicious.

    egg whites with 1 & 1/2 scoops musclemilk
    1/2 bagel with honey and peanut butter

    90z. turkey breast shake 'n baked

    I'm not doing either, just eating.

    Meal 2: 2 small cans o' Tuna & 1 non-fat cup o' yogurt
    Meal 3: coming up @ 1pm.....Work is buying the office food so who knows...

    for you guys eating egg whites... are you just worried about the cholesterol in the yolk? or is it more for taste?

    today's my cheat meal though and i'm going to an italian restaurant for dinner tonight and i plan on eating like a fucking pig

    actually my last one was valentine's day dinner, and today is for my girlfriend's birthday. Then i have my mother's birthday and she wants to go out to dinner, so that'll be next week's. women ftl :o
