    almost repped my deadlift opener from my december meet 5 times the other day (465), squatted 40lbs higher (540) than my meet PR (501) for 2 reps without a suit off reverse greens, standing strict pressed about 25-30lbs higher (185) than i could in december, kept the same bodyweight (191-195)

    Increased strength while clean bulking (PR's in deadlift and a couple other things) and more importantly, lost a good amount of weight so for on my cut.

    then i started logging my diet and i think i'm losing weight too fast

    its cool tho, the only supplement i'm taking is a multi

    Bench 320 last years best - 265
    Dead 460 last years best - 405
    Squat 450 last years best - 315 and my injury

    Lost 12 lbs and starting to lean up a bit - trying to keep my lifts the same while my weight drops - hovering around 220.

    Not a whole lot... AT ALL!

    At least not since the new year.

    My lifts are about the same and my body fat is maybe 1% less. What really set me back was having the flu/bronchitis for 2 weeks and then immediately after spending over a week in Mexico for springbreak.

    I spent nearly a whole month out of the gym.

    I did however last week get 345lbs X 3 on the decline and probably could have gone 4 with a capable spotter. No idea what my max would be, but I have not moved that much weight on the bench in several months.

    I have big plans for this summer though. Not so much strength wise, but I am looking to get sub-10% fat levels at stay at over 200lbs, and keep my bench at or above 350lbs at minimum.

    I improved my squat and bench numbers by about 30lbs. That's reps. I haven't maxed any. No spotter.

    I think I've gained like 5 lbs. Not as happy there but my diet sucks.

    Accomplishments? Mainly aesthetic, but I finally have definition and my shoulders are starting to resemble little skeet balls you use at the arcade. :o I've been really punishing my shoulders lately, and taking rest time between workouts. Been working out 3-4 days per week instead of 5-6 and I've really seen some great progress.

    I look the same as I did lean-ness wise in January when I took progress pics for 1 year of working out, but now I'm weighing around 198-200, and before I was 190-195.
