what have I done wrong here?

    I somehow destroyed my shoulders on chest day. The very top of my shoulders and and part of my upper arm from halfway up from my elbow to the top of my shoulder. Ive never felt this sort of pain from doing chest stuff, was it a form issue?

    Hard to tell without watching. Video of your form might be your best bet for getting answers on the interweb.

    I do feel a bunch of tension in my upper arm area doing the fly machine

    Yea, I try to keep my back as flexed and rigid across my upper back and shoulders as I can. have I failed? not on the flat bench so much but on incline dbs

    im a horrible bencher compared to a lot of people on here but I have made a lot of improvements in size lately....

    the bench experts on here would need to see vids of you benching to help the most

    maybe do dumbell work next chest day... give ur shoulders a break until you are stronger and can handle a little bad form here and there

    front side or back side? sounds like a delt strain or possibly the AC joint
