What foods do you avoid eating, regardless of bulking/cutting?

    If there anything you avoid eating due to it being bad for your health or containing excessive bad stuff?

    I'm always looking out for hydrogenated oil in processed food.. and try avoid eating that shit.

    Anything with lots of sugar and fat combinations, i try to avoid eatin too much of..

    I try and minimize trans fat, but other than that, nothing.

    Theres almost nothing you cant eat in moderation.

    if I were cutting, I'd probably stay away from most of that stuff most of the time, but I wouldn't eliminate ay of it entirely...ESPECIALLY not the tuna

    I haven't ever cut yet (either bulk or maintain)...the only thing I don't eat is whatever I don't like the taste of. I don't eat cottage cheese because I don't like the flavor.

    generally anything that isn't natural.

    I only eat food in it's basic form. No junk food that actually needs to be made. (Cookies, chocolate bars, candy)

    pasta. most noodles unless I am looking to gain weight faster. but I'd prefer rice over any other carb source.

    I can't eat a lot if I'm eating veggies as well. When I was bulking (albeit short), I only ate vegetables for the first day. I found out that if I eat the same amount of veggies I did when I was cutting, I wasn't able to eat that much or I'd feel bloated all day.

    salad is good though.
