What food do you get more of your calories from?

    I'm asian and I eat rice just about everyday with every single meal. Before than I didn't know any nutritional facts about it until I checked now. 1/4 cup of jasmine rice gets me 200 calories and 36g carbs.:bowdown: I eat about 4 big bowls of rice a day which gives me over 2000 calories, 3/4 of my calories intake just from rice alone:bowdown:

    month and 1/4 wk of bulking - started at 140 now 160:bowdown:

    :dunno: ain't rice bad for you? I guess if you're bulking, then that's okay?

    well since im bulking i get a big amount of calories from lunch which often can be a meatball sub or chicken parm sub from subway or any restaraunt. Most of my calories are spread out through the day but one of those subs alone is 750-1000 cals.

    how is it bad? Asians eat it every day and I don't see them dieing young if that makes any differences.

    i'm asian and i haven't rice for quite some time now. i eat a bit of red potatoes and stuff like that. then again i'm not bulking.

    What should I eat....a piece of 6oz chicken breast with 17g of protein...or some wheat "cracker breads" things with peanut butter?

    I came back from leg workout about 30 minutes ago.
