WEB what font is this?

    sans serif something

    actually the CSS source for that page lists the following, but none of them match when I recreate it in Fireworks:

    Trebuchet MS
    Verdana
    Arial
    Lucida Grande (ok I don't have this one... but since I don't have it, I doubt that's the one that's loading. where would my computer load it from?)
    Lucida Sans Unicode
    Georgia

    omg i fail so hard. i do have it installed :uh:

    But hypothetically speaking, in CSS if you don't have a specified font, does it just default to another font in that same family then?

    yes, what you should do is list eurostile, then some fonts that are similar.
