Outside of crunking I would say lateral rasies thingys I use the 40s for pretty strict sets of 8. And maybe overhand deadlift of 465,

Probably the deadlift considering how weak my back, grip, and forearms are.

SLDL, I have done 500 for 5 with a little bounce

and snatch grip DL, i can usually hit 565 w/o belt or straps

and of course grippers, I bought a #2 for my first and I closed it about 5 straight on the right and once on the left my first time

    DB bench.

The last time I did DB bench it was only 25lbs lighter than my BB bench. DB bench'd 100lb dbs for 5 and I was only doing 225lbs for 5 on BB bench.

That's easy, and I don't think I could press the 120's for 10. Then again I've never tried.

I can rep 275 for sets of 10 on bench without too much trouble. I've never really gone above that for 8-10 reps.

I dunno, I've never used heavy DB's before. Most gyms I've been in only go up to 100.

And DB benching is totally different from BB.

    DB bench.. Incline..
Currently 110 x 8 would be my highest.. but its a steep incline..

Not that I think this is great, ive gone as high as 120's for reps, but cant incline 225 on a BB incline.. Dunno.

I dunno man, I can handle the 100s AFTER my workout for 8-10 and i can hit 100s on the incline for 5-8

but you're also much bigger than him... I'd like to see the 120x10, that's what I do and I've always had a fairly strong DB bench

Yeah I was just trying to say I suck at DB's. I can shoulder press the 90's but I have trouble repping them on incline...I dunno what thats all about.
