    aside from crunches and curls

    Should I start doing some decline work? Maybe skip the bench and do incline and decline only? Decline flys???

    your level of dumbassery has gone up a notch - but flat bench has been shown to be just as effective at lower chest work as decline bench.

    it sounds like you have a little extra baggage on your chest and it focused on the bottom - just up your cardio and cut for a bit and you chest definition will come through.
