What exercises do you do for back day?

    right now i do lat pulldowns, one arm dumbbell rows, and bent over two arm barbell rows.


    i feel like thats not enough...

    oh yes, probably strained some intercostals doing those DB rows. saw the doc today.

    You feel that way because it's not enough.

    Pullups 3 sets of 10-15

    Deadlift 5 sets of 5

    Bent over rows 3 sets 12, 10, 8

    T-bar rows 3 sets of 12, last set triple drop

    V-bar pulldowns 3 sets of 15(slow and strict, squeeze and hold)

    dont' have a back day, i do back 3 times per week.


    for bench day I do chins and hammer strength rows, for deadlift day I do conventional deads and RDLs/GMs, and for military press day I do cable rows, single-arm pulldowns, and facepulls.

    started with pullups... worked up to shoulder width to wide over time

    then added 3-6 various rowing/pulling movements for 3 to 6 sets

    pullups are not better thand deads you fuckstick. Also sldl is a movement better paired with legs.

    oh and hyperextensions

    lets face it, most people cheat on rows, unless you're doing kroc rows
