Assuming you have a day dedicated to legs.

Edit: I think I'm going to add a gym story to each one of the threads I start. I was doing arms at the gym tonight and some ~21 year old guy sits down next to me on a flat bench (I was on an incline), grabs a set of 40lb DB's, and looks over at me like "Yeah motherfucker, I'm doing this shit right." He proceeds to scream out a set of 7 reps (throwing his body into it mind you) as if he's pulling 600lb. I honestly thought it was a joke, so I started laughing while I was doing my DB curls. He finishes his set and goes "Are you laughing at me?" I was like "...yeah, you're making an awful lot of noise for what you're doing." He goes "Not cool man...not cool" and walked away. :dunno:

I can't tell what I want to do more...reverse hyper's or her while she's doing the reverse hyper's.

I dont have a home gym/ weight set, just db's. So I do whatever I can with db's.:hs:

Sometimes, db stiff legged deadlifts, but I can never get the form right. So I usually leave it out.

its not the actual movement, its the setup. i dunno if you've tried the poor-mans GHR and an actual GHR, but most people limit themselves on a PMGHR because of the pressure put on the knees.

the basic movement is still there, but you are definetely not getting the same workout

Max Effort movement for a max single and at least 4 reps at or over 90% of max. This is some type of goodmorning, squat or deadlift.

Power squat machine or goodmornings for 3-5 sets of 5-10 reps

Glute ham raises or romanian deadlifts for 3 -5 sets of 12 reps

Reverse Hypers, varying the weight, sets and reps all the time

Pulldown abs, heavy weight for 3-5 sets of 20 reps
