What does your guys' pullup and chinup routine look like?

    whats your routine? do you do weighted sets or maybe just shoot for a number like 30 for how ever many sets?

    im interested in mostly strength, what rep range should i stay in?

    i usually do weighted in 4-6 rep range

    pullups I'll usually go 4 sets till failure on DE bench day...12,10,8,8

    Im pretty mad at myself for turning into a slacker a while back... I used to do quite a few pull ups (close-reverse grip, close-forward grip, wide-grip for back, etc) but now I tried some the other day and I couldnt do shit... I wasnt exactly "pumped up and energetic" at the time though and I know that makes a difference... I was also alone at home, if I had been around people it's more motivating.

    Its amazing how much worse you get at something when you slack off for a year, Reverse shoulder-width grips are the only easy ones anymore :hs:

    i think my last workout was +70lbs x 8 x 2, +45lbs x 10 x 1, BW x whatever x 1

    if i get to a point where i think i could add another 10lbs and still do sets of 8, then i'll bump up the weight next time.
